This is my story and I'm sticking to it

When I began this real estate journey in 2006, I had no idea what I was in for. The market sure has had its ups and downs. I've spent hours educating myself, educating others and now it's time to let it shine. This blog is going to serve as a tool for real estate resources, offering a wide array of topics. We will feature guest contributors weekly and keep you all informed of local happenings. Of course a blog isn't a blog without a little biased conversation and some of our "personal favorites". The contributors will include Move Virginia Team members, our preferred vendors, and local talent, in all areas, of all types. We hope you find it a useful resource and go-to. Please let us know if there is something you all would like us to discuss or research. We won't claim to know it all, but I can assure you, we will do our best to get an answer for you. The real estate industry finds a way to inundate us with information, that it's easy to go into overload when determine when to list, when to buy, where to buy, what's the market like, what are rates going to do? These are all questions we will address and frankly they will never go away. It is so important to have reliable sources when diving into the real estate market.
